DELIVERY

For the team of TOPOUTLET.BG it has always been a priority to deliver Your orders in a fast and easy manner, that is why we are using a few delivery companies to ensure and guarantee the delivery.

The deliveries of TOPOUTLET.BG usually take between 3 and 8 working days, depending on your preferred delivery method.

Goods are sent on the first working day after the order has been received.

The cost of the delivery is not included in the price of the goods:

  • The cost of each delivery varies depending on the quantity added in your cart based on the weight and the total value of the order. On the window with the order, the cost of the delivery will be automatically calculated by the system. All deliveries are sent by land or by air. The delivery time is mentioned under the delivery method chosen by You. Deliveries to Bulgaria arrive through Deutsche Post & DHL.
  • All orders over 150 BGN have delivery completely FREE of charge.

Once Your order is received and processed, You will receive a tracking N and a link where You can trace Your package. Please keep in mind that it takes 2 working days for the carrier to activate the tracking number.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times under conditions beyond our control.

Attention! Some small locations, which have special delivery schedules by carriers, can cause deviations in the above-mentioned delivery terms.

The client is responsible to ensure access and possibility to receive the delivery, and topoutlet.bg is not responsible for delayed deliveries in case the client indicated an incomplete or an incorrect address and/or has indicated an incomplete or incorrect phone number.

In case we cannot execute an order because of lack of stock of the ordered items, one of our employees will inform You as soon as possible. In this case, you can receive Your order at a later stage, confirming the exact date in advance with You.

We reserve the right to send You all articles and items bought by You in one and the same delivery, besides in the cases when we have Your written approval.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

In the online stores of TOPOUTLET.BG You can pay with:

  • PayPal
  • Online credit or debit card

In the online stores of TOPOUTLET.BG You can pay with debit/credit card. Your payment is protected and corresponds to the highest standards of security though the myPos system. After You click the “send order “ button, You will be automatically redirected towards the myPos system where You will need to enter Your payment data. After the payment is completed, You will be automatically redirected towards the site of topoutlet.bg, where You will see confirmation of your order in case the payment was successful.

  • Bank transfers

In case you choose payment with a bank transfer, the platform of the store will provide you the needed information for the bank transfer. With this method of payment, after You receive a confirmation of Your order, the due amount needs to be paid in advance through bank transfer. You will have to wire the amount of the order and the amount of the delivery and indicate in the field “reason for transfer” the number of Your order. You shall be informed via email or via telephone whether the items ordered are available as well as about the final amount of the transfer.

In this case the delivery period starts from the date on which the sum for the order is visible in the bank account of “VM SHOP”EOOD.
